Hmm, I looove carrots & sweet potatoes for Vitamin A-and carrots mashed into sweet potatoes! Oranges are my favorite source of Vitamin C—ever since I was little I just LOVED them. Vitamin E I love avocado and use EVOO when I need oil for something. B, I just had asparagus last night! I’m pretty sure I eat a banana every day of my life. Iron- citrus w/ spinach…but dried fruit sounds really good right now! Protein, beans-especially chickpeas, nuts, and tempeh! I prob eat a little bit of brown rice or quinoa pasta every day, too.
